The terms for using REventures.

1. Subscription & Billing

• Access to our Service requires a monthly subscription.
• Fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis.
• You authorize us to charge the payment method provided for all fees incurred.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

2. Free Trials & Refund Policy

• If offered, free trials are for new users only and are limited to one per customer.
• We offer no refunds for partial months or unused features.
• In the event of a verified system failure causing prolonged inaccessibility (48+ consecutive hours), a prorated credit may be applied at our discretion.
• All refund or credit requests must be submitted within 7 days of the incident.

3. Software Availability & Maintenance

• We strive for 99.9% uptime. However, we may perform routine or emergency maintenance that may temporarily affect access.
• Maintenance windows will be announced in advance when possible.
• In cases of unscheduled downtime due to bugs or server issues, we will work to restore functionality as quickly as possible.
• We are not liable for any business loss resulting from downtime, delays, or data access issues.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You agree not to reverse-engineer, duplicate, distribute, or exploit any part of the platform.
• You may not use the software for unlawful or unethical real estate activity.

5. Bug Reports & Feature Requests

• You may report bugs or request features via support@reventures.app .
• We appreciate your feedback but do not guarantee implementation or timeframes.
• By submitting feedback, you grant us full rights to use it to improve the product.

6. Data and Confidentiality

• You retain ownership of the data you enter into the system, and you grant us the limited rights needed to host, store, process, back up, and display that data solely to operate and support the Service.
• We do not sell, share, or monetize user data.
• Data backups are performed regularly, but we recommend exporting critical information periodically.

7. Termination

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.
• Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the platform.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

• The Service is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee investment results or the accuracy of real estate data provided.
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for your last month of service.
